You receive a 2-year warranty on our car floor mats (FloorLiner) and boot liners (CargoLiner).

However, this does not mean that a product that becomes worn through normal use is eligible for a warranty replacement or refund.

Similar to tires, brake pads or shoes , wear and tear is inevitable and normal.

We will work together with you to find a fair solution for any problem that arises.

For us, fairness means that both you as a customer and WeatherTech and Pika Autoteile GmbH are treated fairly.

Our products do not have an additional charge to cover unjustified warranty claims. Our decision is final and may involve either replacing your product free of charge or charging a pro-rata fee for a replacement, meaning we may offer you a discount on the purchase of a replacement product.

This warranty excludes: wear and tear due to extreme abrasive conditions, chemical contamination such as spilled gasoline or bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, incorrect installation and improper use.

How do I attach the mats in my vehicle?

You can attach the mats in 4 easy steps:

1. Remove all existing floor mats or interior linings and thoroughly clean the floor area of dirt and debris.

2. Remove the WeatherTech car floor mats from the packaging and lay them on a flat surface. They are specifically designed for your vehicle, even though they look different from the original mats.

3. Place the floor mat on the driver's side in the footwell and adjust it so that it fits snugly against the sides and covers the entire area. Repeat this on the passenger side.

Note: If your vehicle has two rows of seats, place the rear floor mats in the rear footwell and ensure they are securely in place and cover the entire area. Remember to complete steps 1 and 2 beforehand.

4. Finally, check that the floor mats are securely in place and do not obstruct the pedals. Make minor adjustments if necessary.

That's it! Your new WeatherTech TPE car floor mats are now installed. Enjoy optimal protection for your vehicle's floor.

Will this product fade or discolor when exposed to UV radiation?
